Rusty Tanton

Rusty Tanton, 27, is a web developer, blogger and occasional community activist who lives in Decatur, GA. He co-founded the Georgia Podcast Network, a first-of-its-kind portal for state-focused podcasts which you can visit at www.gapodcastnetwork.com. In previous lives, he has worked as a newspaper reporter covering DeKalb County politics for a metro Atlanta weekly newspaper and as a project manager for a community planning project in North Georgia.

Born in Smyrna and raised in Marietta, he holds a degree in English with a minor in journalism from the University of Tennessee.
