As a result of these changes, or changes in the law, we may need to update or revise these Terms. Therefore, we reserve the right to update or revise these Terms, without prior notice, by posting the revised version of these Terms of Use on this page.

Prices for the services offered through this site may be changed at any time.

Responsibility for Content Posted on this Site

All Content submitted to this site is the sole responsibility of the person originating the content. This means that contributor, and not GPD, is entirely responsible for all content submits and are responsible for intellectual property infringement claims, if any.

Under no circumstances will GPD be liable in any way for any content submitted to or made available through this site by Contributor or any third party.

Contributor, and not GPD, guarantees the suitability, accuracy, integrity or quality of and in any such content. In particular, Contributor, and not GPD, controls and is responsible for the accuracy, correctness, completeness, or currency of and in any content submitted to or made available through the site by contributor.

GPD may, in its sole discretion, review and approve or decline the content before it is posted on or available through the site. Once the content is posted, GPD will have the right, but not the obligation, in its sole discretion, to remove any content that is posted on the Site that violates these Terms (see the following section, “Contributor Content and Action Standards”) or that GPD, in its sole discretion, finds to be otherwise objectionable. The approval or decline of the content shall in no circumstances attach any liability to GPD.

Contributor acknowledges, consents and agrees that GPD may access, preserve, and disclose contributor personal information and content as required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to do any or all of the following: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce these Terms; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third-parties; (d) respond to contributor requests for assistance; or (e) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of GPD, its users or the public.

Contributor Content and Action Standards

Contributor agrees to use this site solely to publicize various content intended for the use of recognized media organizations and the general public, among others. Contributor will endeavor to submit content that reasonable third parties in the public relations field would judge to be newsworthy and of interest to at least one or more members of the generally recognized mass media and the public.

Contributor agrees not to use this Site to:

• Submit, upload, transmit or otherwise make available:
  • Any content that Contributor knows to be false, misleading, or fraudulent;
  • Any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
  • Any content that the contributor does not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information or proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
  • Any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any individual or entity;
  • Any direct solicitation of money for private gain (contributor may request that donations be directed to a nonprofit corporation or a foundation);
  • Any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
• Promote any illegal activity;
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent contributor’s affiliation with a person or entity;
• Interfere with or disrupt this service or servers or networks connected to the service;
• In violation of any local, state, national or international law, rule or regulation.

By uploading, submitting, transmitting or otherwise making any content available on or through this site, the contributor is granting GPD a non-exclusive right to copy, modify, publish and distribute publicly, and prepare derivative works of that content in accordance with these Terms. If any part of the content is not contributor’s original work, or for which contributor does not have the appropriate copyright or other proprietary rights, it is contributor’s responsibility to obtain permission from the copyright or proprietary rights owner before making that content available to us. GPD has the right to assume that the contributor is the legal and true owner of any content being submitted.

The contributor will indemnify, defend and hold harmless GPD, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns, from any and all losses or expenses arising out of or related to copyright, trademark, patent or any other intellectual property rights infringement in any way caused, in whole or in part, by any act or omission of contributor (including contributor’s employees, agents, representatives, and subcontractors) in connection with these Terms and the uploading, submission or transmission of content on this site or in the email digest thereof.

Site and Content Ownership

GPD, including all of the content on this site, other than that of specific press releases or information submitted by contributors, is owned by GPD or by third parties who have licensed their copyrights to GPD. No right, title or interest in GPD other than the content of specific stories submitted by contributors is transferred to contributors under these Terms.

Content Submission and Publishing Process

Contributors must adhere to the process detailed on the Submit Your Press Release page to press releases/stories for publication.

Copyright Policy

GPD does not knowingly publish copyrighted materials without permission. If a contributor believes that any materials published on this web site have been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and if the contributor is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed, please provide GPD with a signed statement containing the following information:

• a description of the infringing material
• a description of the copyrighted work(s) that Contributor believes has been infringed;
• the name of the owner of the copyright,
• Contributor name, address, telephone number and/or email address,
• a statement that contributors have a good faith belief that the allegedly infringing use was not authorized by the owner, an agent for the owner, or by law,
• a statement that all of the information contributors have provided is true, and
• a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that contributor is the owner of the copyright or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Right to Modify or Discontinue Site

GPD reserves the right at any time, and from time to time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this site (or any part thereof) with or without notice. GPD shall not be liable to the contributor, or to any third party, for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of this site.

Links to Other Sites

This site may provide links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because GPD has no control over such sites and resources, the contributor acknowledges and agrees that GPD is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. The contributor further acknowledges and agrees that GPD shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

Limitations of Liability

The contributor understands and agrees that its use of this site and the services offered through this site is at the contributor's sole risk. This site and the services offered through this site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Under no circumstances will GPD, its sponsors or content providers, service providers nor their respective officers, directors, employees or agents, be liable to the contributor of to any person or entity claiming through the contributor for any loss, injury, liability, damage or damages arising out of or in connection with the contributor's access of, use of inability to use, or reliance on this site or any service provided to the contributor through or in connection with this site.

This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all losses and damages of any kind whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, general, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or otherwise, including without limitation, loss of data, goodwill, revenue or profits. This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligece, tort, strict liability or any other basis; even if an authorized representative of GPD as been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such damages; and withour regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

If any part of this limitation of liability is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, then the aggregate liability of GPD, its sponors, content providers and service providers and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, under such circumstances to contributor or any person or entity claiming through contributor for liabilities that otherwise would have been limited shall not exceed the amount of monty the contributor has paid to GPD for this service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of liability for certain types of damages; therefore, some of the above limitations of liability may not apply to the contributor.

General Indemnification

The contributor shall indemnify and hold GPD and its officers, employees, agents, directors, and contractors, harmless from any and all claims, actions, damages and liabilities (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising directly and proximately out of the contributor’s negligence, or willful, wanton or reckless conduct or out of contributor’s negligence in observing these Terms.
