Gingrey to Hold Town Hall Meeting at UWG
CARROLLTON, Ga. — Rep. Phil Gingrey, R-Ga., will be holding a town hall meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 16, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at University of West Georgia’s Townsend Center for the Performing Arts in Carrollton.
Gingrey, born and raised in Augusta, was elected to Congress in 2002 for Georgia’s 11th District. He currently serves on the Energy and Commerce Committee, where he uses his background as a physician to shape the national health care policy. He has also previously served on the Armed Services Committee, the Rules Committee, the Committee on Education and the Workforce and the Science and Technology Committee.
Gingrey will make a 30-minute presentation on current topics and then take questions from the audience. The public is invited to attend.
