The five commissioners of the PSC are elected statewide and serve staggered six-year terms. On an annual basis, the chairman of the Commission is selected based on seniority.

District 1 -- H. Doug Everett (R-Albany) (Next election 2008)

District 2 -- Robert "Bobby" Baker (R-Clarke) (Next election 2010)

District 3 -- Chuck Eaton (R-Atlanta) (Elected 2006)

District 4 -- Angela Spier (R-Gwinnett) (Next election 2008)

District 5 -- Stan Wise (R-Marietta) (Re-elected 2006)
